1. Our 14-Day Guarantee
We want you to love Gigvis PRO. If you don't, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase - no questions asked, no hassle.
This works for both monthly and yearly subscriptions. The best part? You can request your refund right through your account settings. It's automatic, so you don't need to email us or explain anything. Just click a button and you're done.
2. How to Get Your Refund
Within 14 Days: Super Easy
If you're within 14 days of buying PRO, just go to your account settings and request a refund. It's that simple. No email, no waiting, no questions. The refund will be processed automatically and you'll see it back in your account within 5-10 business days.
After 14 Days: Still Possible
After 14 days, we'll still consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. We get it - life happens, circumstances change. Just email us at info@gigvis.com and tell us:
- Your account email or username
- When you bought your subscription
- What's going on (this helps us understand your situation)
We'll review your request within 2 business days and let you know. If we approve it, the refund will go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
3. When We'll Refund After 14 Days
We're reasonable people. If something goes wrong or your situation changes unexpectedly, we'll work with you. Here are some common situations where we'll usually approve refunds:
- Technical problems that prevent you from using Gigvis
- Unexpected life changes (job loss, moving, etc.)
- Billing mistakes or duplicate charges on our end
- Major service outages or if we remove features you were paying for

4. Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings. There's no penalty, no hassle, no questions asked.
When you cancel, you'll keep access to PRO features until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. After that, you'll move to the free tier. Don't worry - we won't delete any of your data. You'll just lose access to PRO features.
5. Partial Refunds
We don't do pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-month, you'll keep PRO access until the end of that month. Think of it like a gym membership - you pay for the month, you get the month.
The exception: if you cancel within the 14-day refund period, you'll get a full refund no matter how much of the billing period has passed.
6. How Long Refunds Take
Refunds go back to whatever payment method you used originally. How long it takes depends on your bank or card issuer:
- Credit or debit cards: Usually 5-10 business days
- Other payment methods: Might take a bit longer, depending on your provider
We'll send you an email as soon as we process the refund. If you don't see it in your account after 10 business days, let us know and we'll look into it.
7. About Chargebacks
If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first at info@gigvis.com. We'd rather work it out directly than go through the chargeback process. Chargebacks can result in account suspension, and we'd hate to lose you over something we could have fixed together.
8. If We Change This Policy
We might update this policy as Gigvis grows. If we make significant changes, we'll let active subscribers know via email. If you keep using Gigvis after we update it, that means you're okay with the changes.
